At Poop Matters, we strive to give your family a yard free of poop bombs.
We offer one time pickup for the east side of Rochester, including Fairport, East Rochester,
Penfield, Macedon and Walworth;
and recurring pickup of dog waste in the Gananda, Lehrwood (Turtle Run), Magnolia Manor and Wisteria communities.
One Time Pickup
Starting at $60
We will search your yard for up to an hour for poop bombs. If more time is needed and you want us to finish we bill in 15 minute increments. In my experience, it takes about an hour for most homes. We offer one time pickups in the following communities: Pittsford, Fairport, Penfield, East Rochester, Walworth, Macedon and Gananda.
Recurring Dog Waste Removal
Starting at $15
We offer biweekly, weekly and 2x week services searching for poop bombs. Weekly service is on Fridays in the Gananda area and Mondays in the Magnolia Manor, Wisteria Communities and Lehrwood Estates.
How our service works
The Best for Your Pet
We visit your homes yard on the same day each week to scoop your dogs waste, place in a bag, tied and disposed into your trash bin unless you’d rather have us dispose of it for an extra $5 each trip. If your trash bin is not accessible then we will leave the closed bag next to your garage.

I’m Janet and I have 2 fur babies of my own. Since our newest addition to the family, Bo, I realized that there isn’t a dog waste pickup service that comes out to Gananda. I’m also a part time dental hygienist and now I deal with all kinds of 💩.
