Can my dogs be in the yard while you pick up?

As much as we love your fur babies, it’s best to keep them in the house while servicing your yard.

What if Poop Matters missed a poop bomb?

We work hard to be reliable and offer quality service. If you are not completely satisfied we will come back to your home to re-scoop within 24 hours.
If your yard is overgrown with grass or covered with leaves or other obstacles, Poop Matters reserves the right to void the guarantee.

Do I need to leave my gate unlocked for scooping services?

Yes, we will not attempt to enter the yard otherwise, such as jumping the fence. Your fur baby also needs to be in the house for Poop Matters to enter the yard. A $5 fee is applied for a scheduled service if we cannot enter the yard.
